We have a team of Activities Organisers that facilitate individual leisure pursuits & activities and arranges the social programme within the home.

Clients are encouraged to continue existing hobbies and interests and to explore new avenues and experiences.

The objectives of the Home are to constantly improve the service by reviewing the system through adults, inspections and legislation, and by involving residents and their families and friends by promoting an atmosphere of openness and respect.

Matron - Bernie Sananes

Bernie has been Matron at Argyle Park for four years, and has achieved five star quality assurance status, she has many years experience within the care industry and is respected by both staff and residents.

Deputy Matron - Tracy Thomas

Tracy, like Bernie, has been at Argyle Park for four years as Deputy Matron.  She is an excellent hands-on nursing deputy who takes great pride in ensuring all our clients are treated as individuals and well-cared for.

Senior Carer - Emilia Pacyna

Emilia is an NVQ Level 3 Senior Carer Emilia is a very experienced carer who has great empathy with the client group.

Senior Carer - Rosevelle Hadlock

Rosevelle comes from the Phillipines and is a trained nurse in her own country, she is a level 3 NVQ Senior Carer who is looking forward to settling in the UK permanently.
